About the Velux ECL 2246 0000C Skylight Flashing, 2222/2230/2234/2246 LowProfile Shingle Roof Flashing w/Adhesive Underlayment for Velux Curb Mount SkylightsThe Velux ECL 2246 lowprofile shingle roof flashing with adhesive underlayment for curb mount skylight is made for asphalt shingles or wood shakes (up to 1/2 in. thickness) lowprofile roofing materials. It is used for FCM/VCM/VCE 2222, 2230, 2234, 2246 models. This CurbMount step flashing kit works with standard sitebuilt curbs. It does not matter if they are slightly outofsquare or preexisting. In combination with the new Velux No Leak FCM/VCM/VCE skylight, ECL flashing ensures a 3rd layer of water protection. The Velux ECL 2246 has a roof pitch between 10 and 60 degrees. The installation is easy, it does not need any caulk or sealants. Neutral gray aluminum color fits most roofs.
