Frank Lloyd Wright Saguaro Stained Glass Metal Framed Ht:13.88" x 11"

On this beautiful little glass panel, enamel colors are individually applied to a single sheet of glass which is then kiln fired to permanently fuse the color to the glass. The glass is then framed with a metal came and includes a hanging chain. Ht: 13.88". W 11". This Frank Lloyd Wright Saguaro Wood Framed Stained Glass vividly recreates one of Wright's most popular designs. The design is one of a number of Liberty Magazine cover designs from 1926-27 that the editors thought to be too "radical" and never used. In 1973 there was a fire in the Arizona Biltmore. This graphic was selected from the Frank Lloyd Wright Archive to be rendered in stained glass in the reconstructed foyer.
